Edmond de Rothschild REIM (France) is authorized by the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) since 2010 and part of the Edmond de Rothschild Group since 2016.

Edmond de Rothschild REIM (France) draws on the expertise of a multidisciplinary team structured around 3 activities:
Acquisition of real properties for private and institutional clients.
Management of the entire acquisition process : from the Letter Of Interest to the signature of the deed of sale.
Identification and presentation of investment opportunities according to the defined strategy, coordination of the acquisition process (preliminary evaluation and due diligence on rental, technical, financial, legal, notarial and environmental aspects), elaboration of the acquisition business plan, support investment vehicle’s financial, legal and tax structuring.
Define the strategy and actively manage the asset to optimise value creation (mid-term objectives implemented in the annual action plan).
Implementation of strategic decisions to maximise value creation : rental status optimisation, lease negotiation and renewal, marketing of vacant spaces and monitoring of brokers, definition of the multi-year works programme and supervision of restructuring and renovation, assets’ administrative management, design and implementation of a SRI policy on each assets, if appropriate.
Sale process oversight : manage the data room, sale’s marketing, brokers’ monitoring, negotiation of sale’s conditions.
Advise and support the Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) inception or take-over : fund’s structuration, incorporation documents (Articles of Association, Prospectus), selection of partners (custodian, auditors, real estate appraisers, asset and property managers), obtain Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) approval, Commercial court registration, implement fund’s governance.
Financial, legal and administrative management of the fund on a day-to-day basis : real estate portfolios management and supervision, control and monitoring of regulatory and statutory fund’s ratios, follow-up of running costs (OPEX/CAPEX), reporting to regulatory bodies and investor.
Supervision of specific operations : financing optimisation, cash management

Kristelle has more than 18 years' experience in international capital markets and real estate investment management. After experience as a financial controller, she moved into investment and asset management in French offices, logistics and residential on behalf of value added and opportunistic funds from 2007 to 2012. She then, joined Aviva Investors RE France as COO in charge of European investment and development for the insurance company. She managed over EUR 3.4 billion of investment in France, Italy, Spain, Germany and Belgium in offices, logistics, residential, retail, as well as office and logistics developments. After two years in the shopping centres business as Head of Real Estate at Mercialys , she joined Edmond de Rothschild REIM in October 2021 to lead direct real estate in France and was appointed Head of France in 2023.
Kristelle holds a Masters degree in Finance and an MBA from St. John's University, NYC. -
Lyes Badji Executive Director Read more
Lyes Badji supports the Chairman in the definition of the company’s strategy and action plan. He is also in charge of the regulated fund management line of business. He has a 15-years experience in real estate and finance.
Lyes began his carreer in 2005 in London in the real estate financing field, at Crédit Agricole Corporate Investment Bank and then at Royal Bank of Scotland.
In 2008, he has joined Cleaveland and has been appointed to act as CFO in 2012. He has been actively involved in the development of the fund management activity, contributing to a growth of the assets under management, from EUR 200 million to EUR 6.6 billion.
Lyes graduated from Université Paris Dauphine and holds a Master degree from NEOMA business school. -

Sophie started her career as company law specialist at Archon Group (Goldman Sachs) before joining CGW in 2003. Sophie then joined the Bleecker Group between 2004 and 2009, dealing with corporate and contract law topics.

Alexis has more than 10 years of professional experience in international investment management.
After working in property development, he joined the Asset and Investment team at DTZ Asset Management, focusing on the French office, logistics and residential sectors on behalf of value add and opportunistic funds. In 2016, he joined the real estate Investment team of Aviva Investors Real Estate France as Investment Manager Continental Europe and then as Senior Investment Manager, where he transacted c. EUR 2.3 billion of direct investments in offices, logistics and residential located mainly in France. In 2022, he joined Edmond de Rothschild REIM to lead the Investment team in France.
Alexis holds a Masters degree in construction engineering from ESTP in Paris, a Master of Science in real estate economics from Kungliga Tekniska Hogskolan (KTH) in Stockholm and an advanced Masters in Real Estate from the ESSEC Business School.
